CRTC Says Winnipeg's 92.9 Kick FM Can't Train Students On-Air

My experience with the Kick FM is very straightforward: their music selection is the best you can find on Winnipeg radio, they promote local artists more than anyone else, and local students are responsible for much of their on-air programming. Kick FM and the CBC are the only radio stations that I can tolerate for more than a few minutes at a time.

I ain't mad at the CRTC for shutting down CKLN, all that in-fighting and 2K9 lockdown really let down the community.
