Just had a 3 hour surgery yesterday to remove a 16cm cyst from right ovary and a 4 cm from left....it was huge and gross. i got pics, I wish i had a video!!!!

Thanks, that's why I made these videos, for people like you so you have somewhat of an idea of what to look forward too. The worst part of the whole thing was not knowing what to expect. Good luck with your surgery, maybe make your own video.;-)

I am having a laparoscopy to take off a cyst on my left ovary in two weeks. :-\ Not looking forward to it, but needs to get out. Found out I might have endometriosis too as they think the cyst I have is an endometrioma.

Everytime I watch this it creeps me out because I had 2 football size cyst...They cudn't get mine thrue a bag. I got cut wide open from upove my belly button to right above my vagina. I"m 14months pre-op and have had some little problems. I was in hosp. a long time

wow! u are a brave woman. very thankful and happy that ur surgery was successfull. thank God! My best friend has a tumor thats 7cm. Her surgery is in May, and after seeing this i now understand that the procedure is very successfull and that the results are healthy.

I just had surgery this last summer 09.. I had 2 cyst 18cm (size of a football) my kidneys fell from it and my bowels twisted up. I thought I was going to die. It was a living hell. so, seeing what a orange size cyst creeps me out knowing the Dr. said mine was the size of a football

@GreekldyAngeleki Yours was 18cm? I'm told that the one I currently have inside me is 37cm in size. OMG! You're bowels twisted up? Wow, that's really scary! Yeah seeing this creeped me out big time!

@Aquarialight Hi, r u sure they said 37cm or 3.7cm becauce if its 37cm you would look like you were way past 9 months prego. let mr know i'm interested because if its 37cm--why didn't they see this and this is vey life threating.

@GreekldyAngeleki When you had your cyst removed did you lose any weight? I play various sports but no matter what I do it seems I'm just gaining weight and the pain is excruciating. It's gotten to the point where I'm no longer fit to play sports/I can't focus on anything besides the pain and I'm missing a lot of school because of it.

@BJMore8326 I have gained about 40lbs the Dr's think it was from a depression pills I was taken. Because when I had those big cysts in me I couldn''t even tell looking at me. I was at a great weight. When did you have your cysts out and how big where they. also I know longer take that depression med. but I also don't see any weight off and I'm haten it!!

i just went for a check up a few days back using ultrasound and i was told i have ovarian cyst in my right ovaries but my left ovary is fine and i have regular period. the doctor said my cyst are the eggs that have not been releasing. should i remove those and are they harmful? or non cancerous?? i'm kind of worried cause i wanna have kids of my own
