@peekaboobaby141 tulle is a measured fabric that you can usually get cut to size by how many yards you need. It's not too much (I've seen where it can be from $3+ per yard) and really not too hard to find--this actually is a very easy and cost-effective project. I want to do this for a dress up for my classroom kids.

I am cheerleading captain at my school, and for our homecoming dance we were thinking of wearing tutus. How much materials do you think we would need for junior/junior plus sizes? I just figured it would be cheaper to make them ourselves than have to buy them for what you said about $50-I researched it and found that site.
