Still haven't found a testcard which shows a true round circle on my 4:3 CRTmonitor. Maybe I need a widescreen one, I intend replacing this one anyway

It would be more intersting if music with words by artists like Leona Lewis, John Mayer, RIhanna and Natasha Bedingfield were played in the background. BTW, does WGBH sign off these days? If they need a test card, they could always photograph Lindsay Clubine playing T3 with Ruff Ruffman!

It used to be possible to see the test card and pages from Ceefax on BBC2 around 6 AM, but I have not checked recently.

This was part of a series of test videos uploaded in the spring of 2008. YouTube has revamped its interface and recoded many of the videos since then. There is a much better version of the BBC test card (including a HD version) in my videos at "BBC test card W (HD 720px)".

Hi.So you wanted to make widescreen but you did not.If you steel do not know how to do it I will tell you: set the resolution 480x270. :) only good thing you made is Stereo sound without " watch in high resolution" button.If you want to know some more about how to upload HQ write to me back PM

This was done by encoding the file into FLV format prior to upload with a program called SUPER. This used to work on YouTube but recent reports say that it no longer does. If you want stereo sound on a YouTube video, only the high quality &fmt=18 versions offer it as a standard feature.
