Its all about your stance. Just spread yourself out, this guy isnt doing that so he gets the full force in his shoulder and hasnt got his leg behind him to stop him falling.

with this type of large caliber rifle (I don't own one btw but I am a frequent shooter) you have to make damned sure it's in your shoulder pocket, hold on the the rifle firmly but not squeezing the oil out of the stock and lean into the rifle, also standing with the rifle at a 30-40degree angle across you body means your feet are more in line with the recoil of the gun and it is much harder for you to be pushed over
