Kinda like this song, The way you developed the harmonies are great. But looks like you are afraid to give some Dynamic to the music, with ff, p. I hope more come soon!
I'm a young amateur composer too! This is wonderful. I didn't see it on your mediafire page though...anyway, I think I may learn some of your pieces. We should talk composition some time
Tomekkobialka's "Prelude" is indeed a very nice piece, (Set in A major, 32 measures, performance duration: less than 2 minutes, composed last year) you know...uh... like Liszt's "Etude Op. 1 No. 9", this piece gives you the feeling like you are in love, I have no idea...(wow, even I found myself lost in the music)
@gsarci2011 I don't mean to be offensive or anything (just curious), why do you always write out like a technical description of each piece you comment on, like in some catalogue? I mean, even I didn't know that this piece had 32 bars!
Very good, I like this one. Remind me my old days I passed with my family. Thanks for this music. Write a set of 10 preludes. I'm also working on preludes and Études right now. I wish you good luck with more of these
I am 15 years old, can't really tell you how long I've been composing, I've tinkered with notation software (my first being Melody Assistant) since I was 7 or something like that. I remember when I tried to do a complete orchestral transcription of Holst's 'Jupiter' on Melody Assistant by using my ear at around that time. I failed epically :(
@tomekkobialka Haha I'm sure the majority of 7 yr old orchestral transcriptions blow anyway. I'm 15 also, though I've been into classical music for not that long, and composing for half that time. I'd love to talk to you about composition sometime!
Very chopinesque! But your today's original spirit is invisible, but present here. 1:31-1:35 is my favourite. You finally find the island of calmness and land on it.
@pianoaddict6 well you could try composing with no knowledge of music but it could help if you played an instrument or looked up some basic music theory.
Very interesting. Our piano hero shared his first serious slow movement, it takes guts to make this and so even if I could raise some criticism I highly respect such a dedication to composition.
This is wonderfull!!!

Great piece. I'm an aspiring composer myself, though most of my work is crap right now. May I ask how long you've been composing?

@joao975ca Nope! Very similar harmony in the beginning and some sections. I see it too.

I like it! Though your experimental pieces are still my favorites. For some reason I imagine this as a flute choir piece.
