sorry i ran out of room to finish....however throughout the entire bible God was always hurt and angry when His people would follow the worship of the nations around them who worshipped false gods, in fact He would tell them not to be a part of it and when they did he would tell them to get out of it...BABYLON THE GREAT IS ALL FALSE RELIGION THAT DOES NOT HONOR THE TRUE GOD. how do you find the truth in the bible? read what it says and do not twist its words for instanse.

I am not a Christian or religious but have had spiritual/God experiences and am predominantly psychic. I have blogged about the date for 911 and the original story of Babylon in the OT being 119. The OT was written in an arabic so would have been written from right to left. Just a coincidence? or a warning. When I hear things about the end times I keep on thinking "America the Great deciever". It's not the people, it's America the insitution, it's role in the world, its influence perhaps

Well friend, this man is being obedient to his Creator and what he believes and he's warning folks as he is instructed to do in the Gospels. If you're not interested then don't bellieve him but why should it bug you so much that he's making these statements. You have a free will pal. Do what you want. God would never force you to believe in Him if you choose not to. He's not a beggar but He does love His creation enough to warn them to come back to Him before it's too late.

Might I also add that for those of you who doubt God, Bible etc. I have one question ~ how has God's Word survived thousands of years? The answer is simple and clear - it will never pass away. God's Word is forever!!!!! This world and all it is will pass away but God's word will never pass away. Please time is critical - if one reads the daily news you can line it up with the Bible daily. God will not be mocked my friends.

Actually i used to think that Rome (Catholic Church) was the Great Harlot of Rev. 17. But the details really don't point to Rome at all. The "7 hills" is not geographical but the reigns/power of 7 kings. Read the bible carefully, "she" has the characteristics of modern America.

I am not convinced that America is Babylon in the scriptures at all. I believe with my heart it is either 1) Russia/China and Islamic countries who persecute Christians extensively to the point of putting them to death. or 2) the homeworlds of the reptilians including the Zeta Retuculans, the Draconians and the others, particularily the Zeta Reticulans(Greys) who I believe use highly advanced forms of mind control on a lot of Americans to control all their actions.

Look at Rev 18:16 and saying, Woe! Woe to the great city which was clothed in fine linen and purple and scarlet, and adorned with gold and precious stones and pearls!
Linen is white as described (Rev 15:6)
Use the Strong's or an ancient Greek text with concordance and you will see that purple is really a blue that has been mistranslated over the years because the original word was also used for purple.
Scarlet is red.
So she is dressed in White, Blue, & Red.

So your prophetic Babylon could be in any of these places. But I think it's most likely somewhere else. Namely your onw delusions, but that's nothing modern psychiatry and medication can't help with.

If John through revelation in the bible gave us only 1 2 or 3 characteristics of the beast/babylon I would think and have my doubts. Easy brother, don't be so cold.The scriptures do have prophecies for us to understand and it is not a sin to try and make sense of them.The bible has only told us in part so no one can tell anybody off for trying to interpret it.We all need to work together, yes we should be preaching about the kingdom too,but there is a time and place for diffrent gifts.Some have the gift for prophecy and some have the gift for preaching.Let us respect each others gifts, after all we are only trying.
