how do you get the airplanes onto the deck? wheni try to spawn them on them they just spawn underneath it. can you helpme?

@MrJakethebaker420 Since the ship isnt part of the map your need to set the height. Your find the height codes on armaholic or the bi forums.

would be fun to have the carrier in warfare, be able to send out transport boats filled with infantry, onto the beach fronts whist the opfor is gunning you down from nested pilboxes, man warfare is such a great more, with clan scrims :)

One time i got a mortar found the other forces spawn point main base, hid behind a hill, and rained shells on them, haha all their vechals got blown up, few guys inside the medi tent cause he shot one of the AI to steal his car rofllol

Really good work. I just got Arma 2 and have to admit being a bit overwhelmed with editing. I know you can use scripts and the like for certain features. any advice or good sites to go to information as well as mod suggestions?

@sarsfieldusmc not even, I got the 17 inch and while it can run windows with bootcamp, which is necessary to play PC games, its hardware won't play this game well enough. If it isn't lagging somehow, then the graphics will certainly be nerfed. Im not saying graphics are everything, but with a simulator like this game, you'd like to have it be as immersive as possible so that it doesn't take away from the experience. But again, it probably won't even run well enough to be enjoyable.

problem is, F-35Bs don't use steam catapults, they're STOL and VTOL so they don't need them, the F-35C uses them as far as i know

a naval a-10, not a bad idea, it doesnt exist, but it should be considered by the military. lol i didnt like the demo version, and i aint got the money for the full version, but wen i do, look for yawnyman as a sniper..... thats all i was good at in the demo lolz

Thanks guys. I added the song title to the description. I know an LHD does not have a catapult system...but there was enough interest in the feature that I thought it worth sacrificing some realism to be able to do this.

In the harrier and the F35 it was already possible to launch off the carrier with very short runway space through use of the flaps.

However, this is very useful for other aircraft.
