Actually it is possible for naruto to get a rinnigan its a trait shared by descendants of the sage of the six paths. I.e Uchiha and senju. Naruto is of senju ancestory through his mom kushina. It explains why nagato had it to. Nagato is from the same clan as kushina narutos mom.

Itachi could somehow change sasukes ways but who knows. This is a tease, I doubt it will actually happen and beside naruto would beat sasuke with ease.
