True, India has been providing the SLAF with some depot level maintenance help, a few inadequate 2D radars, some grudging help with intel from Tamil Nadu etc, but the majority of the support comes from China, Pakistan and Eastern Europe/Russia. The current Army Chief in Pakistan has guaranteed delivery of a shipload of arms (from the Pakistani Army's own armoury, if necessary) to Sri Lanka every week until the end of combat operations. China has made similar offers.
