Its really hard to hear exactly what youre talking about. If its the clunking im not quite sure what it could be. possibly the rubber coupling in and the center bearing on the driveshaft. Or if It is a High pitched squealing (my dad owns an '05 with this issue) it is the carrier bearing, which in most cases would be about a $ 30 part. But caddilac went and designed it so that you have to completely change the drive shaft when it goes out ($1000 ir so) Hope this helps a bit.
