back when i was 11 and 12 we would do just back flip's and we thought that was skill. then adding people to flip over. all in all 8 kids i fliped over when i was 12. you guys just up'd the stakes. awesome video guys this is going into my fav's and you get 5 stars. keep flipping

Half of these tricks only gain a 90 degree rotation. The frontflips are not frontflips... they are getting on your feet when you are upside. The underflip especially. There is no rotation in it. No somersault. No flip.

at the top of the swing hop and slide the swing onto your lowerback, then at the top of the next swing rotate, remember it is easiest when you have a tiny free fall
