I do mine after they go into the oil. To reheat from frozen, I first thaw them and then cook them in the oven or toaster oven at 350 for about 10-15 minutes.

If you wanted to freeze them for later, would it be better to freeze them before coocking them or after?

@VRAJSHRI - I buy the Goya brand ones, which are marketed as empanada wraps and sold in the frozen section of my grocery store.
