  • Thats our national ship but the last time I visited children and adults were acting so poorly as to be totally disrespectful. Grow up America!

  • Are ships always female? And since when did inanimate objects have a gender?

  • You're daft, boy, learn you're nautical terms! A ship is always known as 'she' because it is expected that the ship is treated with the respect of a female and more to all that are aboard her.

  • Impressive site isn't she. I think this was the ship I visited about 10 years ago when I was working in Boston. She was on dry-dock being refurbished and I thought, how small of a ship she was to do so much.
