@MelbourneMaster you have to understand there are many styles under poppin. there is robotic like what madd chadd does, there is waving, tutting, boogaloo, and crazy legs. kite style of poppin is crazy legs/boogaloo, so it is not hype. every popper has there own style. salah, does waving and tutting, and kite's style of poppin is crazy legs. so kite is very skilled at what he does. and of course kite is going to kill this beat, he has danced to it many times before.

Slim's performance was so much tighter technically it's ridiculous. Obviously Kite got skills too, but Slim was undeniably the better dancer - especially popper in this battle. The fact that the crowd gave so much love to Kite pisses me off. Slim was so sick I'm surprised anyone could follow that - especially get more love from the audience. On second review, now that I got to see it from this angle, I think Slim was far better than kite on this one. Yeah man, Slim is throwing down the gauntlet! He's one of my favotites along with Kite too. Yeah I had to question myself if the move Kite did was even popping. Shit looked tight, but I don't know if it was poppin. Still beasted it up though.

I gotta agree with most of the other comments on the video. Kite and Slim both murdered their beats but, forreals, Kite should never get beats like that. That's straight up god-mode for him. They both have way different styles though, so you can't really declare either one the winner.

lets get serious im not taking anything away from kite hes dope but slim set was much better!!!!!!now that i have watched it from this angle, it doesnt even look like kite was really poppin? slim had much better detail, and a way harder hit.....lets face it the boog style is slowly fading away and animation n waving ect. is stepping back up lets do this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@crazyhumble i gotta disagree with you on that one. if you watch kites recently videos, he tries to add more popping into his dance style. Kite vs Slim would be a good match but you cant say slim is better because they both have two different styles.

On second review, now that I got to see it from this angle, I think Slim was far better than kite on this one. He had more control, musicality, precision, creativity and demonstrated a wider repertoire. Don't get it twisted and think I don't appreciate kite, he is one of my favorites. And kite definitely destroyed that beat.
