One night, the bus broke down on a mountain; we waited a few hours before help arrived. That time was autumn, can you imagine what the temperature was like up on a mountain? We were all cold, tired & hungry.......cannot even answer the nature's call (because it was pitch dark outside the bus, you cannot see a thing on the mountain).
The problematic bus caused delays (we were seriously behind schedule/ itinerary) & upset the whole trip -- no meal, no hotel, no sightseeing. Just to summarize, the travel agency did not deliver what they have promised after collecting the money from us.
The brake of the bus was faulty & I had to travel on it for 8 days to go through mountainous route to the remote Shangrila. Do you have any idea how many travel bus clashes/accidents take place in China every year? I was lucky to come home alive!
My intention is to create awareness & warn tourists who intend to go China about this unscrupulous travel agent, not to insult the Chinese Nationals.
