I would of done it in the suit jacket (much more suit like =P) but I was worried about limited shoulder flexiblity.. didn't want to rip the shoulders off the suit haha!

I believe you used to do/teach Gymnastics yeah? If so how long did you do it for?

I did recreational gymnastics for about 6 years, didn't learn much, then started teaching myself at open night, this is my 2nd year of coaching gymnastics

Uhm... I'm not actually sure =P I think my flips over the people were more double leggish... while the flip over the garbage can was a bit more sideflip like? In most cases a sideflip is when your torso is spinning perpindicular to the ground - double leg its spinning parallel to the ground with legs perpindicular.. atleast thats how I see it haha!

Yeah, from what I understand double legs are sortof on a weird angle. I  can't do them yet, so I just stick to sideflips... and I still haven't trouble doing them =(

Aha I had to take off my suit jacket - it looks better on but no shoulder flexibility.

i got the backflip down. i can do them almost perfectly. still landing a little low but that will be corrected.

im interested in the double leg and the side flip. ill get some videos up once i get another camera.
