This is a great topic. Since I have been exploring "Raw" I have been amazed by how many of the raw products you can purchase at the store are imports. It has always disappointed me that this is not on the table for discussion. It seems that the argument is that the ecofootprint of meat production and dairy far outweighs the ecofootprint of imported thai coconuts or bananas. This would be an interesting comparison to analyze a bit more. BTW, you are looking great! You face looks slim and bright.
