  • Hes a useless fucking fat bully if the 5ft 9 stone little boy had been 6ft tall and 18 stone he would of stayed in his seat FACT. HES A PIECE OF SHIT WOULD LOVE TO SMASH THE CUNT TO PIECES I FUCKING HATE BULLIES HATE THEM HATE THEM

  • true Justice that due to the 'sue' culture is rarely seen any more. GOOD MAN

  • LOL the newspaper brought me here.

  • did i just hear right on the news. the guy who threw him off was going to/might get charged with assault?.

  • @jamesindaous No, all charges have been dropped. Of course not all young people are bad news and as a youth leader of many years I know that for a fact. I once had to physically throw an obnoxious lad out of our church hall as he was acting in a threatening manner towards the kids and adults. This 15 year old lad was notorious in our town and 10 years on is in prison having committed all sorts of crime including rape and violent mugging.

  • If the "fare dodger" was being honest he would not have created so much grief about presenting a valid ticket. Its a simple process, you either have a valid ticket or you don't, if you don't then expect to get your collar felt by either the law or an honest fee paying citizen who just wants to get to their destination. Well done to the big man, I would have joined him in giving the kiddy his just desserts. No insulin is a bit harsh, but as for his poor iPhone and college work, tough friggin luck

  • Maybe a little OTT but fully justified and a great response to a little git with a bad attitude. Well done!

  • I will keep it short, Well done to the man who had the guts to throw him off, but no doubt some sad b*****d will complain, it seems people who do the rite thing get penalised for it, we can no longer stand up for what is rite any longer due to the pathetic rules regulations and laws that is in place. scum like that should do proper time for trying to steal from the rail company, then see if he would do it again.Sadly due to "political correctness" I cannot really express how I feel, well done

  • this 'big man' is a bully and a thug. the fact that newspapers are calling him a hero is ridiculous and completely devalues the word. he's just a nasty opportunist who relished the chance to use violence on some kid without even trying to resolve the situation. if it'd been the other way round, with a young man throwing an older man off the train for not presenting his ticket and swearing, the young man would no doubt be sent to court within the blink of an eye. big man deserves to be sentenced.

  • The Big man was right

  • Well I think that the 'big man' got what he deserved he had no right throwing anyone off the train fare dodger or not and that fact all the teenagers uni work was still on the train

  • Deserves everything he got. We need more Big Men and not more people acting like big men. Your not a man cause you swear.

  • not saying who is wrong or right but trhe comment who checks their ticket is dead right!

as a Serviceman I was issued a rail warrant to get home. when I exchanged it the ticket office asked where was the station it was made out to as he couldn't find it on his system. when I said in Derbyshire he gave me a ticket. it wasn't unitl i was on the branch line that I was told it wasn't valid! Despite been in uniform, the ticket displaying it was issued against a warrant I still got charged £10 fine

  • What is happening to our country? The guy who threw the kid off the train is now up on assault charges!

  • @matt1784 And quite right too. Literally throwing people off trains is a very dangerous thing to do.

  • @matt1784 you cant even stand up to these people who think they can steal and get away with it its morally wrong

  • Am I the only one in the world who has not damned this kid? Everyone here seems to be getting off of having a go at him for being the shit of society. The fact is we still don't know the full circumstances of the incident. How retarded are you to make your mind up about anyone over a 1 minute long video? You judgemental little shits. Sure, if the kid only paid for a single and tried to get away with it, then he is the toilet bug of society but that's just speculation at the moment.

  • There are so many shiits like this little toe rag today who don't give a toss about other people..'we'll sit here all night then' he says!! Well he should have thrown hin off head first! These punks ned to know there is a consequence for acting like a twat and he rightly paid for it!! :-) Merry Xmas...

  • Big fella should be arrested for assault ! Even if he did'nt pay BR have an obligation to allow travel and to bill by post. Or if theres a dispute the conductor should can hand over to Rail Police to deal with at the destination of a travellers choice. Big fella is just a BULLY That one day will stick his face into something that dont concern him, and he will end up getting stabbed or some other unfortunate happening Then everyone will say I remember him BIG FELLA From youtube serves him right!

  • @GatesOfGaia Fair play, one of the few sensible comments I've read here.

Like I said the ''big man'' is just a bully and sooner or later Big man will meet Bigger man and have his head kicked in.He was an opportunist nothin more

  • It was the rail company's workers responsibility to call the police or another staff member.

Face it big man just was handed a chance to act the hard man.Like I said if it was a big tattooed skinhead doing the arguing with the conductor big man would have kept quiet

  • About time disrepectful idiots got their just desserts.

  • Fake

  • The trouble with people like big man is where does it end? What next?Pick up that sweet paper or I'll assault u?big man is just waitin for a chance, that was an opportunity he couldn't miss.twat.what happens to people like big man is sooner or later big man runs into bigger man!

  • @teee2 If I had never saw this video and read your comment, I'd expect that a boy had been legally and correctly travelling on a train and some big fucker appears and beats the shit out him cos he was desperate to fuck with someone. Then I'd watch it and see the man ask the ticket guy for permission to remove the youth, who is refusing to cooperate and disrupting the whole train, by picking him up, not striking him at all. If the youth was the tram lady everyone would be like DESERVES IT!

  • @speckyprick "If I had never saw..." not a great to any rant, incoherent or not.

  • @speckyprick You're entitled to your opinion+MAYBE (I dont know) the kid HAD been abusing the inspector,or not paid etc However its nothing to do with 'big' man.IF vigilantism is tolerated, and thats what this is,every scum with a chip on his shoulder will basically be allowed assault someone he feels he can beat for ANY reason he likes!IF the youth had fallen under the train or hit his head on the platform the rail company would quickly distance themselves

  • @teee2 The 'bully big' man asked and gained permission from the ticket inspector, removed him with reasonable force without using foul language or striking and he restrained the youth's free arm to prevent him hitting himself and other passengers. He also apologised for bumping a woman and got him swiftly off the train. If the ticket man had said "no, we'll get the police" that man would have sat back down. No one else on the train complained and his methods police like without being OTT

  • @speckyprick In reply..

(1)u say no one else complained..people usually dont, for fear or whatever reason.they keep their heads down, look away,u know that yourself.

(2)''he asked and gained permission from the ticket inspector''..It wasnt the ticket inspectors right to give permission to a stranger to manhandle a passenger. And possibly privately the inspector will be chastened.he'll claim he was afraid and so on.

(3)''his methods police like''..he's not a police man

    Your arguement doesnt hold

  • Sorry but the 'Big man' had no legal right to touch the youth. You may say its political correctness gone mad but thats a FACT.The youth can now sue and win a case against him and the rail company. Not saying its right or wrong.Personally the youth sounded like a tit however the big man was also just showin off as well..would he have done it if it was some massive skinhead sittin in the seat?no.he saw it was a situation he could one.power over authority

  • I cant beleive some of the comments about the kid and big guy I think some are made up I meen army soldier and bag full of his work left on train its just not right but I honestly think it is the big mans fault I dont want any argueing against me but he should of at least waited for the kid to explain and why there was a mix up true or false he shouldnt of just stud up an did it think befor you do

  • Comment removed

  • Maybe then he could have just payed again. Unfortunatly he has no respect for his elders or the rules of the railway(!). As for his mates backing him up, that means dick all to a company or to a court. Where's the proof? I have to say I support Big Man. If I'd h'ave been on that train, I would gladly have stepped up first. He may have been out of line doing what he did, but wasn't the mouthy little turd aswell? Especially with all those wee ones around.

Go Big Man!!!! - End of line.

  • For all those who are jumping to the defense of the toerag, please, just stop. Regardless of whether or not The Big Man went too far, this kid's story is just full of shit. Fair enough, not everyone checks their tickets when they buy them, but does it really take that long to look over them for an "OUT" and "RTN"? The diabetic question: Why didn't he take out his medication and say "look, I'm sorry, but i need to get home for meds / food". He had money in his bag (all along):... cont'd

  • like to see him do that in handsworth.

  • Another case of a bully poking his nose into other peoples business and committing the crime of assault . . . that makes him a criminal. I hope he gets charged with assault and a custodial sentence. You people disgust me when you justify violence against our youth . . . what sort of example is that? No wonder you have riots over there . . . brace yourselves for more and don't complain, 'cos you're getting what you deserve. From a 50+ father of 3 who doesn't assault youths.

  • @flyinggabriel It was the so called 'bullies' business and everyone on the trains business that they weren't moving cos some youth decided to test their patience. It would be the exact same maneuver that police would use to remove him as well. From a youth who agrees that these measures should be allowable in times when someone refuses to accept rules and people stop shouting 'assault!' at anything lesser than a strike or method to purely used to inflict pain.

  • @speckyprick . . . Read what you just wrote, think about it this time. Human Rights for others seem insignificant . . . until it stops at your door . . . then it's too late. You're advocating public violence. If that's what you want that's what you'll get. I'm glad I don't live in your country. You got a shitstorm coming fella.

  • @flyinggabriel Wholeheartedly agree with you flyinggabriel..Irrespective of what the youth did the interfering bully flexing his muscle assaulted him and is wide open to a suit.As I mentioned in my remark would the hero have a go if it was a muscled skinhead dodgin the fare..NO!He took an opportunity to be macho in front of the other passengers.Hope the youth sues him and the rail company

  • It can't be right! Firstly, the big busybody didn't know whether the lad had paid or not, secondly, even if he hadn't paid it's not ok for someone to take it upon themselves to become some sort of 'bouncer' whenever they feel like it! Has anyone seen what he did ti the lads' face?! Throwing him around like that?

Let's go the whole hog and have vigilante groups dishing out 'punishment' whenever they see fit and without knowing all the facts! I hope he does get done for assault because it was.

  • The Conductor should retire the old bastard and let an unemployed teenager have his fucking job as he obviously cant handle this sort of shite...You lot should get your heads out of your arses!

  • Doesnt give the fat "big Man" the right to injury the lad no matter what the lad did people should shut the fuck up and stop chatting shit this is life in britian get fucking used to it. If the big man wants to try it with me ill give him my address and ill not be a push over....... cos the "Big Man" should be ashamed of the injuries he caused this lad. hes no right to be proud of his child beating antics........Wanker pussy boy.

  • we know need more people like this, ! fighting for whats right in this nation! im glad he stood up for what was right, dont think that little chav will be getting a free ride next time!

  • Superb. Well done to the big man

  • If he didn't pay enough for his journey he should have apologised and paid the difference. There's no excuse for his disrespectful behavior.

  • some people are so disrespectful. the so called fat guy as your all calling him, fights from this counrty. And was back in britain to spend the last few hours with his dieing father.and then stay to arrange the funeral. So i can see that the train being handle up would be a problem and he didn't just throw the boy off ,he asked the conductor if wanted assistance.... the youths of today can be cheeky wee shits and don't respect anyone.

  • @MrStaggies Shut up, how would you know if he paid for his ticket?! And the "fat guy" was very disrespectful by throwing the boy off the train without knowing if he paid for. That was VERY immature and NON adulthood like behaviour. Everybody who was clapping should slap themselves. That was harsh. Imagine if you were thrown off the train and your bag was left there! IDIOTS!

  • @MrStaggies how do you know this?

  • @MrStaggies It's people like you that make me sick. Do you think all "the youths of today" are exactly the same? Of course not, sure there are some disrespectful kids. But did you know there are disrespectful adults also? I'm sick of people like you stereotyping kids as being all the same. Disrespectful, rude etc. It sickens me (a 15 year old boy) that you think we are all the same. No wonder a lot of kids don't respect adults. You treat us like animals, as this video proves.

  • The guy never checked his ticket when purchased, who really checks to see if the ticket is right anyway, but his friends confirmed he paid for it at the station. Fact.. he was trying to get back on the train to get his bag which contained his insulin and iphone plus college work There are procedures in place for fare dodgers and this was not one of them.

  • @algieboy how would you know that?

  • @algieboy A man came anf threw his bags off the train befor he tried to gget back on

  • Glad to see the police are looking for the big fat bully with regards to charging him.Get your facts right before jumping in and assaulting a young guy who was only trying to get home.It transpires he had purchased a ticket but paid for the wrong journey.Hope he takes you to the cleaners and you get whats coming to you.

  • @algieboy He didn't pay for the 'wrong' journey did he, he must've known what he paid for in which case the guy was right to have thrown him off.

  • The ticket inspector is responsible for ensuring that all travellers have paid the correct fare and to remove anyone who hasn't paid. In this instance, he enlisted the help of a member of the public to remove the fare dodger. If any harm came to the fare dodger it was only as a result of the resistance he put up to being removed. As such, the force used was appropriate and just. If the 'big man' is found guilty of assault the legal system needs changing.

  • what a tosser, only in scotland, we all dodged bus fare to buy fags when young, scot rail is robbing you people who travel on it, why shouldnt he dodge the fare? he might have had to be some where really important.

lets hopes fat nosey bloke gets done for assault and jailed, like he should do. and the kids gets compensation, lots of it

  • A obnoxious, mouthy towrag in a Beenie (strictly for chavs hat) removed from train by a considerate passenger helping out the elderly guard. Brilliant, well done big man we need more like you to deal with these odious youths.

  • @Beenanddoneit Obnoxious? Mouthy? I didn't see any evidence of that here! If we really did have more people like the fat nosey bloke then it'd be anarchy! That's why we have a police force. Don't be so bloody ridiculous.

  • @huxleypig69 No you are being bloody ridiculous. Without ordinary folk standing up for the law then we have anarchy. And if he wasn't being obnoxious and mouthy then why didn't he exit the train like he was asked - several times?

  • @Beenanddoneit We don't know the exact details but I heard he thought he HAD paid. I think the bigger issue is whether it's ok to ordinary to be standing up for the law or not. Maybe in extreme circumstances it's ok but you're advocating everyone should behave like the police and that's simply not up to us. What if the kid drew a knife or gun on him? People can't be putting themselves into situations like this, it's absolutely not up to us and means people are acting lawlessly themselves.

  • @huxleypig69 Sometimes people have to... not now, I mean I'm with the guy who through him off but it wasn't life or death. But it is sometimes, we can't always sit and wait for the police

  • Well done to the big guy. The cheeky young kid had no ticket. It's against the law. That's one reason prices are pushed up. To those people defending the Ned... what if it was the last seat on the train and you had paid for a ticket?

  • In the words of Ralph Wiggum: "Stranger Danger!" LOL

  • Should have got off when asked simple ? After that kick the spotty twat off

  • serves him right should get a valid ticket

  • I know that I'm just repeating what other people have said, but the kid is in the wrong. It's up to him to make sure he has his ticket 'ready for inspection' (as that robotic voice is always telling us) and even if, for example, he lost it, he could deal with that by being honest and polite. What's wrong with displaying a little humility? Why do so many people feel the need to play the hard man rather than admitting that they messed up? I say that as a 19 year old, myself. Xx

  • hate people that get in other peoples buisness, big man what a wanker i bet if he stood up and saw sum 1 bigger then that kid he would of sat back down again prick

  • This big man was wrong to assault. he had no right to be hero there by taking on a kid.

I can bet this so called big man wont take on someone of his own size.

this guy shud be charged with assault.

  • @londonsheart sorry but the kid should of payed instead of arguing with the ticket man. simple

  • @londonsheart

totally he was out of order doing that to a kid the big fat bastard

  • @londonsheart It might be better if you could spell and use correct grammar - or are you just another juvenile product of our present education system? And how do you know the big man wouldn't take on somebody his own size?

  • @Beenanddoneit please teach in a school not on youtube mr grammatical-correctional-appliance lol no one needs your comments

  • Comment removed

  • @londonsheart It looks like you need them - LOL.

  • poor lad. trains are a nightmare and it is pretty easy to end up getting the wrong ticket especailly if you dont travel on them very often.

I'm all for the public getting involved in situations to help others out. but i dont think it was the right thing to do here.

  • Everyone here did wrong -

The conductor did wrong - the student was on a late night train and probably had no money or other way of getting home, should not have been thrown off.

The student was wrong - stupid and not honest or polite with the conductor, been there myself politeness works.

Don't know about the guy throwing him off the train - but it was definitely pretty close to assault.

The students bag was left on the train with phone, wallet & diabetes medication- putting his life in danger.

  • @self - Should explain, that last. If someone with diabetes has an incident (I'm assuming its type 1), they need insulin plus a sugar booster. Without those and without anyway of contacting anyone- he could potentially have died. It really depends on where they left him, and other information we don't have.

Want to bet that he was trying to get back on the train to get his bag?

  • but also the kid deserved for being cheeky

  • what a wanker if i was that kid id knock shit out of him and people make no wonder why us teens carry knifes and shit

  • @originaliiTanKzZ I think you're generalising teens. There is a vast majority who don't carry knifes.

  • @originaliiTanKzZ So you saying you would go on a train, not pay and act like a hard man. Yeah you are so brave you need a knife

  • @originaliiTanKzZ What a stupid non-point to make. People need to carry knives so they can use the trains for free? Right, that makes perfect sense. Also, if you can't even spell 'knives', you shouldn't be allowed near one, even in the most civil of scenarios, let alone carrying one about with some pathetic notion of defending yourself with it... Defending yourself against what? Against train conductors?... Idiot.

    Xx

  • Why are you posting someone elses video already on youtube and putting your own tag own it. Are you trying to take credit for someone elses work?

  • and just for the record, i train conflict management and help dissadvantaged people all over the uk, hardly scum or retarded, even if my touch phone skills are not the best! :0)

  • i digress, yes,,,the enquiry will show that one, the lad had bought a ticket, so wasnt a fair dodger, just bought the wrong one, he was in fact a student with no previous history of any trouble, 2 the guard handles it very badly and not in line with policy and three the "big man " was guilty of assault as he had no reasonalble justification for the use of force as there was no absolute or compelling evidence which there has to be in a court of law that an assualt had or was about to occur.

  • @thaited2 If you are someone with a life, needing to be somewhere and become held up, delayed while having to sit and listen to some little runt giving a man who is simply "doing his job" a load of lip, despite the fact he hasn't got his ticket (which for years has been standard practise to travel on a train). Then I would call this justification for his actions. Student? sounds more like an uneducated little gobby spoilt chav. More action like this is needed.

  • fair play my touch phone skills with predictive text are nit tge best, but how eloquently put @lancs perhaps you could elucidate exactly how airing an opinion makes me scum? i commute on a weekly basis devon to sheffield and understand hiw easy it can be to obtain the wrong ticket, to suggest im retarded based on a sentence makes your arguement if my snap judgement defunct, the enquiry

  • I'd have turfed him off even if he did have a ticket, just because I didn't like the look of the little shit. :)

  • this video doesnt show all the abuse the guard was taking before, who cares the little s h i t e got what he deserved

  • Fair play to him.

  • who does this big fat twat think he is ? It had " F " all to do with him.

  • fat bully what an absolute hero, glove up sunshine and see how bug you are then, it was a kud with a wrong ticket

  • @thaited2 omfg are you really that retarded , the scrott was trying it onand in this vid it doesnt show all the abuse he was giving the guard. him like yourself are scum who need sorting out.. learn how to spell ;)

  • What Train was this on

  • Bravo!
