U can see that its a very old east-german place. Maybe for farming once. I think the oldest buildings on his area are about 120 years old. East Germany issnt as rich as west germany. The Roczen familiy wont just have the time to build everything new. They are racing almost every weekend and going testing and training in the week. After all its a very nice place to live and start with MX.
