  • If only the democrats nominated him...

  • Since the League of Women Voters was brushed off by the two parties, they should get in the business of sponsoring "3rd party" debates instead.

  • I always thought of Dennis Kucinich as a little leftie loonie, but now I have to change my mind.

    Thank You!

  • In Canada, this month, the main parties tried to exclude the Green Party candidate from the debates. The people and media were outraged, so they pressured the organizers and the main parties, and got her in the debates. The Broadcast consortium has reversed their decision and allowed Elizabeth May to take part in the nationally televised leaders debates . The US people and media should follow this REAL DEMOCRATIC example. See greenparty(dot)ca/en/releases/09.08.2008b

  • Why do the candidates need to have a minimum support of 15% in the polls to get into the general election debates? Back when the presidential debates for the primaries took place, most of the candidates there had under 10% polling, and some had barely 1%. They were still invited though, why does that have to change for the general election?

  • Watch youtube video entitled:

    "No Democracy in America"

it shows the truth of what happened to Nader in the 2000 election in how corporate media controls the election.

  • If you listen to NPR, ask them to provide more coverage for third party candidates because apparently they think they are providing enough coverage to them (yeah right): npr(dot)org/ombudsman/2008/07/covering_thirdparty_candidates.html

  • great video dutch!! damn you rock! i wonder when the democrats are going to kick kucinich out of the party? if they wanted my vote kucinich would be on the ballot.

i took the glassbooth poll back in march and got surprising results...

    Dennis Kucinich - 99% similarity

    Ralph Nader - 96%

    Mike Gravel - 92%

    Hillary Clinton - 76%

    Barrack Obama - 72%

everyone else sucked. don't remember seeing anything about joe biden, that's ok, i can't stand his drug war...

  • Well, we probably won't see an open debate this year. Dems and Reps are going to ensure that. I am glad that we have people out there doing real news and not delivering fluff. I wish that mainstream news (NBC, CBS, ABC, MSNBC, ETC) would air this type news and also go after it and pose questions that would bring about the desired results of open debates - they should encourage it and provide sponsorship by inviting all candidates to debate.

  • Phooey.Sure Dennis do this after the BIG SHOW

and in the shadows. Your speech was the bomb by the way, but you made it for the wrong people. Mr.Nader represents you waaaay better and you know it. sell out.

  • I hear ya! But, I still think Kucinich is a man of the people. He is a loyal Democrat--what can I say? I used to be one too.But I DO hear what you are saying-you do know that Obama censored his speech--but why did Dennis let him?Dark time in Amerika--fraid a "

new candidate" just wont do it

  • Thank you Kucinich. A true Democrat who actually supports Democracy.

  • Thank you for Speaking Up!

    More Voices. More Choices.

  • I think this video sort of redeemed Kucinich for me. I was disappointed that he actually stood by the Democrats knowing they aren't going to change anything, especially things he wants to change.

  • Yeah, my sentiments exactly. He's good man. No matter what! Who knows---maybe he knows something about Obama that we don't. Maybe Obama is just pandering to the neo-cons in order to get elected??? I don't know. That's my only hope.

    Either way, open the debates!!!

  • If that were the case, why is Obama's wife a member of the CFR? Why does it seem that Obama is a member of the CFR? Do you you know anything about the CFR? Their stated goals are to erase national sovereignty and to establish a new world order. Why would he select Joe Biden as his running mate? Why did he appoint Zbigniew Brzrzinski, one of the most evil men to ever walk the planet, as his head foreign policy adviser? Do some research on him and read his book "The Grand Chessboard".

  • Look, I don't know. Alright? What's to say---both McCain and Obama are bad and the same. I agree.

  • I wasn't trying to be rude or anything like that. I was simply posing questions that are intended to make you, and anyone else who reads them, think about these things.

  • McCain is worse, they are not really the same...

Obama is just the lesser of the two evils...

  • Agreed. Obama probably is the lesser of two evils. But then again, a lesser evil is still an evil.

  • democrats starve the iraqi people to death...

republicans bomb the shit out of em...

    there is a difference!

  • I wouldn't say that? Do you know about his ties to the CFR? His wife is also a member of the CFR. The CFR's stated goals are to end national sovereignty and to establish a new world order.

Also, his head foreign policy adviser, Zbigniew Brzezinski, is one of the most evil men to ever walk the planet. He, along with the CIA, helped to create the Taliban that included Usama Bin Laden. This later became "Al Qaeda". It is now being used to fool the people of the world into giving up their rights.

  • Who are you a talking about Kucinich or Obama?

  • I was talking about Obama. My reply was to Larma.

  • Wow. You freaked me out! I was about to spend my night researching if that was true. But, Obama. Whew. Yeah, Obama's clearly part of the the empire's ugly master plan.

  • What exactly were you freaked out about?

"I was about to spend my night researching if that was true."

Does that mean that you think that something I said is not true?

  • Typo: I don't know why I typed a question mark after the word "that".

  • PAUL IN ST PAUL

    fear neocons fear

    nader paul kucinich gravel

    mckinney ventura too

  • Amen..... the founding fathers didn't envision this country as a nation of the corporations, by the corporations, and for the corporations...(as it is now.)

  • By God, did I see Manilla Ryce in the background shaking Dennis' hand?

  • The dems and the repubs would never open the debates to third party candidates - are you nuts? First, the two parties are really the same with most of the same agenda owned by the same corporations and taking graft by the same lobbyists. They both are crooked and owned by corporations with an agenda. No one can be president without their money and backing so from the beginning of their campaign they sell themselves like whores but worse - they sell out their country!

  • Kucinich could help heal this country

  • I used to believe the same thing, until he decided to support Obama. Dennis Kucinich has shown that he is just another controlled puppet. I am deeply saddened by this. I stuck up for him and really believed that he was not corrupt. I can not believe that I believed this. Actually, he was one of a small handful of politicians I believed are not corrupt. I should have known better.

  • He is one of the few Democrats who would and DO support having open debates. His support of Obama may dissapoint you...it may dissapoint me, but to call him currupt because he supports his parties nominee is a bit over the top. He is still a good man doing doing good things in congress and we need like him.

    Peace

  • "is a bit over the top"

I couldn't disagree more. Kucinich seems to be a smart man. It doesn't take a genius to know that Obama is a traitor.

"He is still a good man doing doing good things in congress"

I pray that this is the case, but it appears that Kucinich is bought and paid for.

It's clear to me that he is bought and paid for because he supports Obama, who has documented ties to the CFR, and one of the world's most evil traitors, Brzezinski, is his head foreign policy adviser.

  • Ahh the CFR, The John Birch Society first exposed them and their Communist agenda (or so the JBS claimed) many years ago. My far right wing friends have warned me about Brezinski for 25 years well(another RED) Truth is it all seems a bit crazy. Obama is not my cup of tea. I'm voting Nader and if not him I would vote McKinney or Socialist Brian Moore but I just don't buy into the Illuminati,CFR,Trilateral Commision stuff. We need Kucinich and others like him . Peace

  • "their Communist agenda"

It's a lot more serious than communism.

"Truth is it all seems a bit crazy."

    It is crazy.

"I'm voting Nader and if not him I would vote McKinney"

Cynthia McKinney would be an excellent choice.

"I just don't buy into the Illuminati,CFR,Trilateral Commision stuff."

I know it seems "far out" to many people, but they are evil organizations. This is not a secret. Even they do not keep it a secret.

    continued...

  • continued

The CFR's stated goals are to end national sovereignty & to establish a new world order. The Tri-Lateral commission's founders have publicly stated what their goals are. Their goals are to establish a new world order, also. These are not secrets or conspiracy theories. Also, Adam Weishaupt, the founder of the Illuminati, did not keep his goals & aspirations secret.

I know, to many people, it's hard to believe, but these "organizations" do exist & their goals are destroying the world.
