That isn`t what he is saying. He is saying that if men eat chicken choke full of female hormones (artificially introduced), they can have deviations in their male identities. There have been scientific studies that document, for example, how xenoestrogens and pollutants can reduce the number of male births, can reduce male fertilitiy, etc. I`m sure many Latin American men would say reduced fertility is part of their male identity.
