  • Cantaba Bien SiLvio Soldan... Jajajaja.... estan Re Buenos Esos Temas :D

  • young yngwie rules todays yngwie could never play with this much emotion again

  • Malmsteen is unmatched in every regard! Amazing!

  • @AudiophileTubes Yngwie is one of the all time greatest. But to say he's unmatched in every regard is a clear overstatement lol For example: originality, we must recognize, is not Yngwies' strength.

  • @elchafa i think yngwie just doesnt like 'change' :P

  • are they preforming hiroshima in japan :O

cuz that would be pretty messed up

  • first, last and only reaction: <3

  • Can anyone tell me what kind of pendant Yngwie's wearing in this video?

It the one right above the cross that he's wearing

  • Classic!

  • TUR ATT DU GJORDE DEJ AV MED SÅNGAREN I TID,,YNGWIE SKÖTER SEJ BÄTTRE ÄN BRA

  • One of the most fastest cleanest...pronounce scaler to ever execute on a electrified six string..........MALMSTEEN

  • awesome band ...live and especially on record...

  • This is a really powerful song.

  • One of these things is not like the other.....

  • WOW I TOTALLY FORGOT ABOUT THESE DUDES!!!!

  • after car accident he lost he's magic ,

  • Haha dropped his pick at 0:58 seconds

  • I saw this tour in Savannah Georgia . They opened up for Ted Nugent and Yngwie ran the whole night . He was like Angus Young on twelve cups of coffee . Best stage presence I ever saw until Nuge came out and ran the entire night as well . Both of them were incredible .

  • Yngwie didn't have the saturated sound back then like he does today. He was a better player too!

  • Graham Bonnet looks so fucking ridiculous XD Awesome voice though :D

  • fantastic...!!

  • great guitar and great vocal!

    I'm from Hiroshima in Japan

  • mató el coro que hizo con la palanca en el 1:22 . Very good!!! =P

  • bonnet carnt sing heres the proof.....

  • thanks upping.

  • only an anonymous coward or a pedophile posts that kind of crap. Definitely the type of person that would worship malmsteen

  • umm after actually buying tickets and watching the jerk walk off stage 3 times after throwing a tantrum 3 minutes into show - he is a joke. a total joke now he is a fat drunk joke to boot that no one wants to gig with cuz he is the most hated guitar player in history.

  • @wykkydjvc is it because you wanted to suck his cock?

  • hes a spousal abusive arrogant prick who treats everyone around him like shit...geez i still have yet to hear one original hook from the guy ever.

  • @wykkydjvc leave the commenting to us people who actually know anything about Yngwie.

  • Is that Graham Bonnett on vocals?

  • @AttilaThe1 Yes that is Graham Bonnet on vocals. After Rainbow and MSG, he formed Alcatrazz in 1983.

  • @hedgehog1965uk i think alkatrazz wa going to be a cover band cause when graham formed the band had no songs what so ever off course yngwie came in the picture and made all the songs otherwise nobody would remember the band . yngwie rulesssssss

  • @playloud1622 Yeah, sure whatever, Graham is a good songwriter masterminding the very song you're listening to...also Malmsteen tried to prevent the release of Alcatrazz albums...yeah...helped the band...whatever...

Then we was replaced by Steve Vai and the band sounded better for it....yep, Yngwie rules alright...

  • @playloud1622

bonnet had nothing to do with the music he only did the lirics my friend

  • @playloud1622 Last I checked the lyrics were an integral part to a song my friend. You still haven't addressed my point that Yngwie tried to suppress at least one album by Alcatrazz.

Now, don't get me wrong, I have respect for the heights that Yngwie has achieved, he's talented, but in this band he was not only replaceable but a detriment. "Yngwie came in the picture and made all the songs otherwise nobody would remember the band". If Yngwie had his way no one would remember the band anyway...

  • @iopunderstealth whe u say alcatrazz who does everyone think of yngwie of couse

and when u say that yngwie was replaceable whoe even listens to the albums wirh steve vai or danny johnson cheers dude bonnet rules with yngwie period

  • @playloud1622 I think discounting the talent of Vai and Johnson is an error and when I think of Alcatrazz I think of BONNET. I am a Bonnet fan before any of them. You STILL haven't addressed my point about Malmsteen suppressing Alcatrazz music. It seems like that would be a detriment to a band...

  • @iopunderstealth the commen i made about the other albums with vai and johnson are plain bas it has nothing to do with there talent steve vai is well known for making bad song with vocals just like satriani there albums with vocals are just horrible i realy have no idea if they contributed to alcatrazz music when they were in the band .and i don know anything about yngwie supressing alcatrazz tunes

  • Have you read my comment ?i said his voice is very good ... is just a matter of control..of been stable live.I never said i could sound better then him...i just know that i can reach those notes correctly..if my timber will please you i don't know.Doesn't matter either.Look other comments ...it's not just me... and 99% of the comments are about malmsteen,so figure it out. i did'nt like this song but after i started to sing it i kinda like even the intention of the singing

  • @beroth77 He sounds better than you ever will.

  • he's playing chords...!!

  • I guess richie was an influence he acts like him on stage. haha

  • be honest guys.....if you could play like that (and at the time no one could) you would be a huge cock as well...it was the 80's....all musicians who were good had that same attitude...all the musicians in these posts were assholes....but damn good

  • hes a dick vinnie moore shreds him.

  • Hmm, Yngvie used to be able to play, now he is just an egocentric prick with no feeling in his play whatsoever.

  • @snakeweirdo that is bcos yngwie can't be egocemtric in that time.. bcos he was starting to play ( i mean in world stage).. but now he has more than 30 years being a leyend of neo-classical guitar.. well the point is that u read what 13guitard00d post and u will understand what i mean..(haha no words, no imagination XD)

  • Didnt know that HUGH JACKMAN was the vocalist of alcatrazz -- /watch?v=SDlJjYxsSq8 watch and learn malmsteen

  • I respect that guy, even though it`s more craft than art.

  • Yngiwe improvises way better the steve vai as well. make it seem like theres actually some like to the guitars. vai rarely impresses me

  • @jkush1687 I agree. Vai's playing is quirky. He's got some style but I don't like his music.

  • Yes I have to agree with you on Steve Vai not only is he a master of his instrument but he is a perfectionist when it comes to his sound and technique...It is very rare to find a bad recording of his work and the ones that you do find are third generation dubs....I think what irks me the most about malmsteen is his cocky arrogance it so much takes away from the music and performance that he does ...Maybe a little humility would do him good...but hey thats just me ...Keep up the good work mate

  • Hate to say this but the song sucks and the audio is crap ,even re equalization wouldnt help it ...Will stick with Steve Vai ,Eric Johnson and Joe Satriani....Malmsteen has nothing new to offer, just constant variations on the same old boring theme...No ill will or insult intended to TalentBoy 89

  • @atyourserviceable I think you sell Malmsteen a little short. He invented a new style that made people want to learn about playing guitar. His use of arpeggios was never seen before when he came out. and he is a great songwriter evidenced by the 50 million CD's he has sold worldwide. He is no different than the people above they have their style and they stray from it rarely with Vai taking far more musical chances than Joe or Eric. They still all have the same sound on their CD's. I like all

  • Win an autographed CD signed by ex-YNGWIE MALMSTEEN singer GORAN EDMAN & guitarist JAYCE LANDBERG just by clicking on the Facebook "Like" button at: jaycelandberg(dot)org

  • Also, 2:41 vibrato is the best one.

  • 1984 Yngwie is the best one.

  • АриЯ - Дай руку мне (1987)

  • Yngwie was a child prodigy first off he really didn't think out what he was doing he's very influenced by the Johnson brothers and Stradivarius

  • girl, you really got me now.

  • Y was mastering at this time, too bad he sank w/ booze and ego, he has many good songs but only rising force as epic album...

  • great performance

  • Amazing!

Young Yngwie, he had made all of his style at this time.

  • @robertfurlong do you not remember Graham with Rainbow?

  • shit my pants at 0:32

  • the singer should seriously consider a lower key...poor thing

  • @robertfurlong hahaha he's great in the recordings.. and i like his voice.. but he almost shits his pants live.. as you can see on this vid ahaha

  • sound like impellitteri, jejeje impellitteri sound like yngwie does

  • Yngwie is absolutely godlike here. Nobody has ever been better.

  • Kinda cheesy song. But good band.

Malmsteen has loads of musical talent but stops short of composing memorable solo career music. It's like the ego gratification. of being a brilliant soloist has been his roadblock. He's in his own way, that's all. He certainly appreciated some great bands and great albums, so I wonder why he didn't write some classic songs like Rainbow did.

  • the vocalist kinda remind me of Barney Stinsons. hahaha

  • Am i the only one who realizes the cords and rythem are almost the same as you really got by van halen?

  • @JEHLERS928 you mean "You Really Got Me" by The Kinks ....... right ? just bustin' your chops a bit....lol

  • When you get the chance check out Todd Rundgren's Utopia version of HIROSHIMA on You Tube. It's not a cover of Alcatrazz's version,it's the heaviest song Utopia has ever done.

  • viejos tiempos. tenia entonces 17 años y ahora 42...snif...snif..., parece ayer.....

  • scott weiland took his image form this cool singer

  • i would like to have this nervous umbelievable right hand

  • ¡Excelente banda metalera de los 80's!

Excellent heavy metal band from the 80's!

  • Yngwie had very emotional tone in his early time.

  • @umakara55 it was the 80s hehe love yngwie

  • @umakara55 Agree totally. Now he is just a fat and repetitive player... I enjoyed his playing until the Trilogy album.

  • @LuteBR I agree as well, when i first heard him it was like 1982 or 83 live scentence album, i was 12 and when i put that album on my fucking face melted.........lol, great tone and wasnt playing NEARLY as repetitious as he is today, he was INSPIRED big time, he just seems like a parody of himself these days, ALOT like eddie van halen and those two guys RAN the fucking 1980s as far as guitar was concerned...............

  • @umakara55 he still has. Listen to his newest record, very emotional tone, slightly different though... Great album.

  • I hate how everyone hates on yngwie for playing TOO fast. Like fuck you, because these ppl are the ones that are just jealous that they cant play tht face melting shit.

  • Check out the super wide vibrato at :011...Classic Malmsteen.

  • Jesus Christ this is INSANE.......He's lucky I like his music, or I would dog Malmsteen to death for being an absolute fucking primadonna show-off on stage.

  • @pizzacrime i agree, sometimes i get the feeling Malmsteen is like "look at me i'm Yngwie F**king Malmsteen ,you lucky people. There is no doubt he is an excellent guitarist, one of the best i've ever heard.I seen him twice .He is a show off,but he doesn't have to be.He should just let his music do the talking.

  • Yngwie is a dick. EVERY thing he does sounds the SAME. Being a good guitar player doesn't give you a right to be an asshole. He should kiss the hand of every idiot that may still pay for his music. Outdated, repetitive music. I met the guy a few times. Cause I had to deal with him. Absolute asshole. Thinks it's still 1988. Just like his fans.

  • @cabinetgod360

Who gives a crap. Don't let him marry your sister.

Not that I listen to him any more, but he never signed a contract with you to not be dick.

A few of his songs will definitely go down in history. He made a mark.

  • @cabinetgod360

He wasn't a dick when I met him.

Maybe you pissed him with some bad attitude?

  • dude is a jerk to crew fan and everyone - and actually left america to escape several bonds for spousal abuse - doesnt deserve to play guitar.

  • how can you say yngwie has no feeling after watching that intro

  • Malmsteen wants to become a guitar god and undertake Ritchie Blackmore ... that's why he took all of the Blackmore's singers - Bonnet, Turner, Doogie White except Dio (RIP) but they joined to make tribut to Aerosmith

  • @kamz73

He was asked to join Alcatrazz,he opted to do that instead of joining UFO wich he was also asked to join. His goal was always to record and tour under his own name but he was in no position to do so at that time because he wasn't wellknown enough. So he didn't "take" bonnet at all,he was advised to take the place in the band and he did to further his career. And tbh he's been a guitar god ever since the steeler days, dont forget the "Yngwie is god" T-shirts..

  • @Sunedosa He should have went with UFO,but it wouldn't be easy to replace Michael Shenker.

  • Is there a secret to playing that ! Can some one please tell me !

  • @adrianjoshua1 Yes, you have to be BORN to play guitar AND practice constantly for decades!!!

  • @johnstonebreaker I thought that was it !!

  • everythings awesume up to yjm trilogy,

  • Alguien sabe como se llama el cantante? Es soldan?

  • @yayamacha El cantante es Graham Bonnet

  • @yayamacha jajajaja es igual,es graham bonnet

  • Graham Bonnet is unfu*ckable :DDDDDD

  • @Drxomat well, he sounds pretty fucked up here...he was in trouble...lol...the high notes were killing him

  • So weird to see him play something other than neo-classical stuff lol

  • that man can SING !

  • When did Ritchie Blackmore start playing for the Talking Heads?

  • uhm this is really good

  • Yngwie has done extremely well with his career. Everyone jumps up into certain positions, but he ramped up quickly. Yngwie is not the arrogant speed demon player that many seem to think. He loves the instrument and he's made a decent living of it. I remember hearing him the first time and it was this song. Mind blowing player, apb

  • this is awesome!!

  • no to wipe the cum of your moms mouth after the whole band did a BUKAKE on her

  • I think that Yngwie is one of the rare individuals in music who deserved to be egomaniacs, because he contributed to development of guitar art so much, and I will always respect him beacause of that

  • you speak for us brother

  • @13guitard00d

    Yeah I agree.

Being an "egomaniac" is what Rock and fuckin Roll is all about.

There are too many sissies suckin up to the *It's bad to have ego* bullshit!

  • @13guitard00d Your so right dude. All that ppl say is that Yngwie only has speed but the ppl who say that are all assholes because they can never play like Yngwie. All they play is Steve Vai and Satch.Yngwie surely deserves alot more credit than other guitarists like Steve Vai and Satch.

  • @kytrev27 Steve Vai is miles ahead of Yngwie,Steve Vai was in Zappa's band,Zappa didn't take just anybody. He knew Steve had the talent to be with the Mothers. If you want to hear classic Vai listen to PIL'S song called "ease" off of Public Image's "ALBUM".

  • @STRATCAT101...... Yes, but Vai isn't human. Can't be... no way. He even needed to add an extra string to his guitar (no HUMAN would do that). lol

  • @13guitard00d so true my friend .

  • @13guitard00d

In which way did he contribute to development of guitar art? please explain me this, i know 0 stuff he made to guitar dev. He is an excellent player, but he made 0 innovations for guitar

  • @DawgDaMan Well,he pretty much defined neoclassical shred as a style of playing guitar, and by doing so inspired many great guitar players such as Jason Becker,Vinnie Moore,Chris Impellitteri,Jeff Loomis etc.

Yes,I know there are a lot of guys before Yngwie who can also be called "shredders"(like Eddie Van Halen,Uli Jon Roth etc.),but I think Yngwie was the first one who played "shred-style guitar" as we know it today.I don't want to argue with you, this is just my opinion.Cheers, dude!

  • @DawgDaMan

"In which way did he contribute to development of guitar art"? Are you insane?? On which planet have you lived on for the past 30 yrs?? Every single guitarist during the late 80's and early 90's copied Yngwie's playing in one way or the other. Ask any modern rock guitarist and they will all (almost) say that early Yngwie inspired them in some way. Diminished shapes, Harmonic Minor, sweep picking, ultra clean fast picking... you name it.

  • @rahbirt u are a complete dumbass when it comes to this stuff. HE CONTRIBUTED TO DEVELOPMENT OF GUITAR ART IN EVERY WAY!!

  • @reddog24playa

What the fuk is wrong with you?? That's exactly what I'm saying, you retard. DawgDaMan asked in which way Yngwie contributed to the development of guitar art (i.e. he don't think he contributed at all). I replied that he has indeed contributed an awful LOT to the development of guitar playing. So what the fuk are you whining about? Moron....

  • @reddog24playa chill out i got the comments mixed up, get off ur period

  • god

  • ı love 1:49 :))

  • I can't believe how Graham manages to hit all those high notes, off key or whatever... You have to push so hard to get up there, anyone who has sung like that knows it. I have a similar singing style, but I´m nowhere near him. It´s just raw power! imagine screaming on the top of your lungs for two hours, in perfect pitch... and without your voice getting tired or your throat getting sore...

  • That's the point brother! Hraham is the best! Listen to Power Live with Vai to hear a perfect vocal performance by Graham!

  • watch the video response Ruben8979

  • Thank God Yngwie was there to save the show. His tone is especially awesome here, and of course there is his one of a kind way of burning the fretboard

  • for everyone bagging the singing jeff scott soto sings this shit way better they did a really good version of this and jet to jet on a dvd, I think it was live in tokyo

  • 0:11 - 0:16 !

  • Yeah, Bonnet really didn't do this justice live. However, the album is STILL one of the best rock albums of the era in my opinion. Songs like General Hospital, Island in the Sun and Big Foot are staples in my MP3 player to this day!

  • De lo mejor ese guitarrista

  • Well, I guess that you`re opinions about Bonnet are yours and only yours, I don`t really share it, I think that well...within this song at this concert he did strained his voice but the rest of the set was cool, I like Graham`s voice because it`s particular, he was the first one to make a breakthrough with that kind of voice, at least, as far as I can remember...well, again one`s opinions remain one`s opinion don`t they?

  • bonett is a bad singer live

  • great singer

  • Live is what makes a breaks a truly great musician/singer

If you can't pull it off live you're no good, live is where its time to shine and show how you've polished your craft

Bonnett is not a good singer, he strains so hard to hit the high notes its grating upon the ears.

  • graham bonnet's annoying in this video lol

  • I love Alcatrazz´s "no parole..."....

Graham bonnet is a good singer in the albums, but it was eclipsed live by yngwie and his voice was not able to do the same things he did in the studio...

  • i love the early yngwie!

  • Very good point, and I totally agree with you. Malmsteen is a true innovator of guitar, and to add to that, he overcame adversity when he got into that car accident in the 90's, the doctors said his left hand that was paralyzed would never return to normal and his guitar career was over. He told the doctor that he would be playing guitar again within a year, and 6 months later, he recorded his next album. , no one ever considers that challenge when talking about YJM. He is a true guitar god.

  • LOL the singer

  • Bonnet should sing more than keep screaming...

  • graham, one of my fav. singers.make fun all you guys want, but were you on stage all those years, and to play with yngwie, w.t.f.

  • Make fun of Graham Bonnett all you want, but he has one of the best voices in hard rock. Live clips don't do him justice. You should hear him on Rainbow's Down To Earth album, or the two Alcatraz albums, No Parole From Rock N Roll and Disturbing The Peace.

PS: This weekend I bought a Alcatraz promo poster for No Parole, framed, for 20 dollars!

  • they took the singer from a gay bar?¿?¿?

  • singer looks like huey lewis on crack

  • hahaha :P

  • quels année ?? 85 ?

  • cest 83

  • Definitely in my top five favorite albums from 1980-1984. # of the Beast, Ride the Lightning, Holy Diver, and Blizzard of OZ

  • haha you have the cocky/ kinda cool looking yngwie and then you have the high school dork... lol

  • yngwie is brilliant

    graham bonnet sucks

  • great introduction

  • Go Gramm!!! best i ever heard ya! usually a little pitchy, but nailed it here!

  • Comment removed

  • whos that dork next to malmsteen?

  • The dork next to Yngwie is Duke Nukem.

  • HUHAUHAHAHUHAUHAA

  • disturbing the peace was a better album than no parole .....loved both ....but bonnet & vai were better suited. Having said that......'assault attack' was bonnets finest with schenker.unbelievable !!

  • Steve Vai is a solid player for sure but come on now... Yngwie smokes Steve's hand vibrato, picking, phrasing and musicality.

  • In improvisation, thats were a guita rplayers true phrasing comes true, And frankly, I cant stand listening to more than 1,5 mins of Malmsteen improvisating

  • mmm i just goona say the same but for malmsteen sorry vai fans... =(

  • Malmsteen cannot hang with Vai. It is one of the pure truths of the universe. Malmsteen is great, but Vai is on another plane. Sorry, guys. I thought is was nice of Yngwie to tie that scarf to the headstock like Blackmore did.

  • Sure bout that? Try this, start practicing now. In 5 to 10 years you'll be playing vai if your somewhat gifted. 20 years from now you'll still be wondering how Yngwie did it. 100$ Bucks on it.

  • Try this. In 5 to 10 years, people will be wondering who the hell Malmsteen was. In 20 years, people will still be in awe of Steve Vai.
