NO!!!! Ur too old for this look...not too be mean, but I imagine u would look like MimI from the Drew Carey Show!!!! use a more neutral look to do sexy!
So I have a question I'm 49 years old on the heavy side.can a older women wear lashes and pull off a smoky eye. I love you videos I must say I have learned more from you then I ever have thank you so much for sharing what you know
Omg you made cutting the crease look so freakin easy lol ive been trying for a while now i think i got it thanks to u. I have a similar brush i think i used every pointy brush i had i never thought of using that kind of brush.lol
Could you please tell me how can I make my eye color pop? I am african american with dark brown eyes and fair med skin tone I also have a problem with dark circles as well! Please help!
Amazing how easy you make this look. I like how you used the contrasting colors so the end result is easy to see. Keep up the great work and don't stop sharing, thank you for not being afraid to use yourself as an example/model!
Question: about skin care, what do you think about serum before face cream? is really necessary use serum, face cream, primer, foundation, powder an the broncer?
This video has explained very simply and easily, how to create cut crease. I'm not make-up artist, but after watching this video I made a really gorgeous cut crease, and it looked perfect. Noone believed me that I did it by myself. Thanks Mr. Goss :)
oh my gosh oh my gosh OH MY GOSH! I asked for this in a comment and you made a tutorial for it (not claiming you were influenced solely by my comment on even saw it at all), and I am so grateful! I have two months to perfect this before my 20th birthday, and if all goes well I'll send you a picture of your teaching at work. Thank you so much!
I have been a dedicated follower of the Gossman since I subscribed a week ago or so, and I cannot stop , you always offer 'another' perspective, there is no nonsense &you are straightforward& so knowledgeable about a great variety of products. The cut crease is really beautiful , for me it is the ultimate makeup illusion for creating and accentuating a dramatic and different looking eye. Thank you for your continuing inspiration...but have to stop now & watch another video, & another& another!
I LOVE my Velour lashes... those ladies did a great job. I've always been scared to try the cut crease look - heading home tonight to give it a whirl. Thanks Wayne!
@tymma1 Try it but skip the upper black eyeliner or replace it with a shimmery grey and draw the line on the first 3rd portion from the external corner only.
A great make-up for deep-set eyes along with Beau Nelson's smokey tutorial which was my #1 fav' so farl! Thanks for sharing PS: You used to have a video about DPS eyes but it's no longer there. I know for a fact there's a high demand for tutorials for this kind of eyeshape, hope you'll be able to make a new one some time.
In your opinion, would the diamond powder be usable for someone with contact lenses? I'm just anxious about the idea of it getting into the eye and being seriously unpleasant!
i absolutely love watching your tutorials! One reason I love them is that your eyes are a little hooded. (no offense, mine are too) ALOT of makeup gurus have football fields for eyelids. It makes it really hard sometimes for hooded eye people to do some of there looks. Thanks for the tutorial!
@estherni1 I second this rquest - I get frustrated every day when I do a sculpted application to help my hooded area recede, and then a couple of hours later my shadow has self-blended into a single muddy color from lashline to brow bone. I do use primers, current Mac Paint Pot, and I just can't maintain any definition in my color application.
Hi Wayne I know this is out of the topic but ever since I saw your clarisonic brush review I have been really interested in buying them but they are so damn expensive can you recommend me something in cheaper version or better yet do a review. I found few such as DermaNew and Nutra Sonic 4-speed brushes. I have been suffering acne for 4-5 years and it haunts me! i have wasted so much money on creams and dermatologist so your help will be great as you always gives the best answers!! PLSSSSSSS
@Ashanti012 im not sure what is so special about Clarisonic compared to a ordinary facial brush. i really dont know.. but what i love to use is a baby tooth brush! its great to use with a cleanser, it deep cleanses your skin and gets rid of all your makeup... if your gonna buy one, get a baby tooth brush, theyr usually softer and gentler. i also like that thing what comes with those Loreal scrubs/cleansers and Body Shop haves a brush and a sponge too. hope this helps!
@Ashanti012 I used to have really bad acne but I went on a medication called Tetracycline. Often doctors give you a cream you can use too but the cream dries and reddens my skin (but that doesn't mean don't try it, skin types differ). The medication cleared up my face in a week. I still wash my face daily of course but it keeps me from having an intense cleansing routine that doesn't work.
@Ashanti012 I got an I-skin from sallys for $30 bucks and i freaking love it! I'd check that out, but I don't use their cleanser, I use cedaphil for sensitive skin. It's done wonders for me.
wow, so simple to do and yet so stunning. The quality of the atelier shadows shows through so well that I recognised they were make up atelier ones before I looked in the description box ; )
