I don't think I could ever forget this child. I have very strong feelings about who I believe did this, and I don't believe it was a stranger. She was never allowed to be just who she was......a little girl. Bleaching a child's hair and putting on heavy makeup and miniature women's clothing is exploitation. There is a new Boulder County DA who plans to investigate this to the fullest. I pray it will one day be solved.
