No, you cant. The xbox, so far as I know, has recieved absolutly no updates. The Hadouken and The heavys finger taunt are still in the game, but havent had the point-hurt entities added to them. And the achievement weapons dont exist on the 360 at all.

Since xbox 360 doesnt have steamstats, its impossible to get the sandman.

So like with heavy, you can taunt with fists to shoot.

And like with many other characters
