I hate to be vulgar. But i'll say it because it needs to be said. anyone can father or mother a child. To drive a vehical in the United states you need to pass a very simple test. After that you can operate something that can kill people if you make a mistake.
But the only thing you need to create a child is a vagina and a penis. anyone can be a parent as long as they flash those 2 things. why would'nt it be a train wreck waiting to happen? No control over sex.
if we did'nt have control over driving cars.. 12 year olds would be killing people. get my point?
