  • Horrible form. You're not extending your arms enough. You look way too bulky and not functionally strong at all. Try crossfit if you really want to get strong and fit

  • i have a question with the ectomorph plan for working out it says day 1 2 3 and 4 should i do all four in a row then three days off and repeat or could i do monday tuesday wensday off thursday and friday then two days off and repeat.

    Yes you can. I recently attended a seminar where Lou Ferrigno (the bodybuilder who competed against Arnold Schwarzenegger) said it's ok to start bodybuilding at the age of 13.

    The same concept applies.

    In the Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer program, just set it to 14 and you're set. I'm 24 btw. I so wished I had access to such a program at my age.

    When I was 13 myself, the only thing I knew was push ups! LOL.
