  • I really enjoyed your video

  • Can you help me coach? I am a sales manager for a uk department store and have trouble in motivating one of my members of staff to work, he is quite simply the most bone idle individual I have ever met and I wish to issue him a P45 how can I achieve this goal coach? Anon

  • I find that your comment includes an interesting word: motivating! You see, the person might not really be an idle person - he just might need some motivation for doing his work! Allow me to explain. Have you asked the person what it is that motivates them, or interests them the most about their work? Have YOU tapped into their key skills, and utilized them within the company or department? Is this person good with people? Take the time to know thy staff, and you'll see an improvement.

  • Thank you. I am currently majoring in psychology and think I might want to become a life coach. Do I need a specific degree, or will my Bachelor's in psych work? Are there life coaching businesses I can work for, or will I have to start my own?

  • You don't need a specific qualification. However, your degree would help you. Life Coaches work for themselves, not for a company.Research the Internet for companies that provide life coach training.
