fragem420, the italian dubbing is awful. Most of the actor called for the dubbing was not italian native speaker, but Britain's actor who learned Italian, probably they had never been in italy to study the language. They acted with a very awful accent, most of them seemed to be russian, and the g-man is one of the worst. Even the few actors who were native italian speakers was not professional dubbers, so they acted at least acceptable, but was still a "rookie" acting.

He doesn't have that weird emphasis on words like the English G-man, but he still has those awkward breathing pauses.

Plus, his voice is very well chosen.

OK of the 5 that I have posted, which one is better?

The Russian French,Italian or Spanish or German version.

The Germans don't think their Gman is good.

I am not German, however I can freely speak the language and yes, their G-man is awful. Of the above - the Russian and French are the best and the German -worst. However, the English one is, as always, the best of them all.

Well, I am german and I would say "our" Gman is the worst ( thats why I ordered the Orange Box as a UK-Import).The english version is most familiar to me. But this one and the russian version are very good. 1. English 2. Russian 3. French 4. Italian 5. German

Umm, btw, it is said on Wiki, article G-Man, that his weird accent is made for him to appear incommodate with hman language (e.g "dif-ference").

=> Obviously to make it creepier.
