Unemployment virtually hadn't changed by 1941. GDP hadn't improved significantly either.
GDP only increased because of private enterprise and FDRs policies were thwarting that.

Did you see the YouTube video "David Sirota Kicks Stossel Ass"? Sirota tries to smear John Stossel as a "smarmy-looking liar." Sirota makes that accusation without providing a shred of evidence that Stossel knowingly said something untrue. Does Sirota not know the definition of "liar"? Fortunately, the rational debaters got the last word in the video's text comments. :-)
