Yea what brand is the best? I mean i think they are all the same, its just some have gold, silver, nickle, and or black plated. I want to get cheap ones (NeoCube and CyberCube under $20 for a set of 216.)

Cool shape and video. I made this with Zen magnets. It's one of the more involved shapes I've made so far but goes together pretty quick. I don't know what the shape would be called. It's kind of strange hexagon type shape.

@namfromwyoming From what I've heard Buckyballs are slightly better than Neocubes when it comes durability. I've also heard Nanodots is the best brand, but I'd start with one of the cheaper ones first, either way, to see if it's something you like doing.

@namfromwyoming neocube is slightly smaller, neither company is very good though, the highest quality balls are produced by zenmagnet and nanodots

The difference between BuckyBalls and Neocube is only 0.2375mm.

NeoCube Alpha dimater size is 4.7625mm & BuckyBalls dimater size is 5mm!
