Everybody listen up, instead of demanding the Cartoon Network headquarters to put back on the old shows, why don't we tell them to make 2 channels with the old Cartoon Network and Toonami shows and commericals that they used to have. If that doesn't work, then I say we form an angry mob and MARCH DOWN TO THEIR HEADQUARTERS AND SHOW THEM WHAT WHERE MADE OF!!!!!!!! SO WHO'S WITH ME?!

Wait, so they DID show "Pinky and the Brain"'s own show on Cartoon Network? I'd thought for sure they only showed its "Animaniacs" segments! (Though that still makes me wonder why CN didn't pick up "Histeria!" when Kids' WB! stopped running it.)

Yep it's maybe an european bumper for the Pinky and the brain, they had their own show of 30 minutes in Europe, like secret squirrel did (which was broadcasted in the same show than Cow and Chicken at the beginning) and think that even the Major glory and his friends did to, but not sure of this one @ 100%

Probably because this is a "Back to the Show" bumper rather than a "We'll Be Right Back" bumper (which would've used that kind of transition).

But some Back to the Show bumpers had the black and white transition yet this was the only one that didn't have that transition. Maybe it's because Pinky and the Brain were standing on top of the CN logo.
