this really could be the result of under water volcanic activity, volcano heats large portion of water, warm water rises to cold surface temp in vast area enough to change air patterns to cause water sprite like the one shown, the lite shown is prob sun throgh hole in the cloud the fact that it's hitting the water sprite, means the sun is probably helping feul the thing if it's not the out rite final catalyst that started the whole thing in the first place.

OK. Let me explain what is going on in this video: What you saw, is called a "waterspout". This happens when a tornado crosses over water. You all were so surprised because this rarely happens in that region. . The bright colors on the surface is nothing but water reflecting sunlight. You know it's water reflecting sunlight because you can see the color spectrum commonly called a "rainbow".

this really could be the result of under water volcanic activity, volcano heats large portion of water, warm water rises to cold surface temp in vast area enough to change air patterns to cause water sprite like the one shown, the lite shown is prob sun throgh hole in the cloud the fact that it's hitting the water sprite, means the sun is probably helping feul the thing if it's not the out rite final catalyst that started the whole thing in the first place.

Since written history began, there have been many reports of odd colored skies & seas, dead fish, etc before an earthquake, This is likely due to magnetic changes which can produce strange lights in the sky, gasses being released which can kill fish and other types of wildlife, you name it, it has a scientific explanation. OK. Let me explain what is going on in this video: What you saw, is called a "waterspout". This happens when a tornado crosses over water. You all were so surprised because this rarely happens in that region. . The bright colors on the surface is nothing but water reflecting sunlight. You know it's water reflecting sunlight because you can see the color spectrum commonly called a "rainbow".

To do anything significant HAARP would require 8% (1.2 trillion watts) of the worlds energy. That's equivalent to 1000 Nuclear Reactors. But it is possible.
