  • Cool stuff, BanjoMountain. I aim to get one of those minis, the CC doesn't have a bad sound, but I might get the BG mini for bluegrass when I have the spare money for it. Good clawing there bud, them banjos sound better than I initially thought!

  • i got to get the hang of picking before i try anything like that lol. Good job :-)

  • The banjo he plays here is a Gold Tone Cripple Creek Mini. It's made for kids, but adults can enjoy it too!

  • Thats a little bit how I play, I have always liked that sound! Good job keep it up!!

  • Thanks, this video was a while ago. I need to upload a newer version sometime.

  • thats neat

  • Great playing! I'm getting one of them for my birthday.

  • Thank you. I have been playing the banjo for 6 years. I learned how to play the "clawhammer" style about 2 years ago. It is not too hard for anyone to learn to play like this. Having a good teacher/instructions and having time to practice is very important. This shouldn 't be hard if you play classical guitar, just getting used to the difference in set-up.

  • what a mini banjo

  • My grandpa used to play this. (I am 58 years old) Thanks
