This should be allowed in the US. Its allowed in the country i am from, its allowed every wheres because this driver (Mr.Bean) is using common sence while driving. It would make people like SafeSmartDriver blow a gasket.

@Bryan1342 in Britain, you cant turn left on a red light, even if there are no people, red is a stop, unlike in America where you can turn right because you dont cross anyones path, but its not allowed here, should be, but it isnt
@BringEllisTheXPlane But I bet you don't get as many accidents because of this no turn on red law. I think if it were like that in America, there would be less accidents. Some people don't bother to pay attention to the fact that their light is red and they roll right through it and cause a crash.

In America, you can make right hand turns if traffic conditions allow it.
