I always wondered(this may sound dumb) is Hugh a boy or a girl? For some odd reason I cant figure this out. I know Hugh is a more mannish name but the way he's drawn looks similiar to how the girls' faces are drawn. Or maybe he's a pretty boy. Dont know 0_o;;

My best guess would be a male despite the song genre being called Passion Girl. Hugo lacks a chest, even though that's not untypical of Pop'n females. He also sports a hairstyle that is often used by other Pop'n characters, male and female alike. Make Hugo whatever you prefer, however I believe him to be male :p

Well, he's in the song "Wish" from Pop'n Music 10 as a boy (it's in another one of Mokai's videos) so I'm guessing he turned into a pretty boy in 13.
