Their is no big difference, my opinion is that the difference mainly lies in the runningman. The feet are extremely crossed when hitting the ground. Plus some have started only using 2 steps in the runningman. But Im not a big favorite of that, I think you look like a rookie when doing so ... but anyway hoped it helped.
