51 pages of comments i finally got it down and i didnt have to meditate on it. i bent it around about twice. if i had meditated on it, i would have gone further. the first time, it went around once, and got caught on the bowl of the spoon and i had to bend it out, but i lost my concentration and wasnt able to. the spoon i used was about 3mm \. width.

This really does work...just try to do this. Grab a decent thick spoon. and try to coil it around.You really truelly cant, and if you can it takes a few new gripping positions about about 3-5 seconds... now with the concentration this lady teaches you, it seems as if its "RUBBERY" thats how i would describe it. All the sudden u get a feeling like THIS CAN BEND, and it does...the key thing is...with one hand position from start, and it bends in a second. When you weren't previously able to do so

You said in your other video that you could do it with a thicker spoon aswell. I would say try my spoon. It is about 5/6 times a thick as that one the least. It is round and it is attached directly to the "round side " ofthe spoon. thus making it not weaker.

It is pretty simple. That point you bend is where the spoon is the weakest. And (not sure how it is called in eglish) A chain is as strong as its weakest link. It is all physical "strength" it doesnt take much and i can see in they way your face move's that you put force into it.

I would like to see a more substantial spoon be twisted with the power of intention. I think it would make for a more impressive display of the technique. That's not meant to impugn your efforts, I know that heavy spoons are pretty costly and wouldn't be a good choice for daily bending, but for a YouTube demo I think it would be a wise investment. Ok...... well the initial twist of the spoon caused the metal at the apex of the bend to rapidly heat up (Friction=Heat) this compromises the spoons molecular integrity causing the molecules to spread apart .....this is what made the bends possible. True Story! Sad Ending i'm afraid.

if this has anything to do with the state of mind, I would relate it more to skateboarding on a steep hill - and going through some gravel. If you relax, your muscles will find the path of least resistance and you will go through the rocks, but if you tense you will encounter resistance, and probably fall.(the metals natural weakneses will favor a particular way to collapse when pressure is rapidly applied, and if you stay relaxed, you can flow WITH the impurities subtly without much effort)

have a little issue with the spoon shape / thickness where it drops to the bowl, but that aside it looks like simple self hypnosis (positive thinking), allowing your muscles to ignore their usual limitors (these 'help' us from dislocating joints or pulling muscles). I've seen this kind of strengh test in hynosis shows alot, the best one i saw was an average sized guy turn over a car where before hynosis he couldn't ..Like cases you hear where people lift excessive loads in stressful situations
