  • Its a 12/8. I know it as a Moroccan 12. That last beat can be played as a single stoke or a double, as she does here, to bring it right back to the start. Great, mesmerizing rhythm.

  • That's a really nice piece of drumming. I wish the whole piece was on to see where it would go. Someone just started playing a little on top. The "drone" of the jiggles and the zils played wide open. Amazing.
