Ok for one whatever shoe u buy from Walmart is going to barley last a year no matter the price that's there scandal bigger price "better material". And two mesh shoes can get ruined very easily right after u step in puddle it softens materials and makes it easier to tear. And three finishline is a wonderful shoe company you can take ur two shoes there and they will take them and donate them to the poor. And then u can buy a nice pair of Nike's and while ur buying them u can buy a livestrong bra
Can't walk in a running shoe? Please. Nike recylces them - so what - how many sets of running shoes have you personally taken to be recycled? If you did - good for you - what about your friends who don't work in the running shoe industry?
also, Nike has a recycling program that grinds up athletic shoes and uses them to make tracks and other useful things. Of course, someone MIGHT expect someone who rants about the environment to research these things and I'm SURE that if you researched all this (which you make it sound like you did) you would know that. Right?
actually, those look like they're designed to be running shoes and most running shoes need to be replaced after a few hundred miles or the padding wears down and causes injuries to the runner. Most people who wear the shoes for running need to replace them before the uppers wear out so its NOT a design flaw. Perhaps if you used them for what they were meant for then you wouldn't have a problem. Next time, get shoes designed for walking
