good ole nasty savage. once hosted the band and crew at our house in Indianapolis for 3 days. surprisingly little mayhem. they baked and 39-cent pot pies continuously for 72. When they left we had a broken toaster oven and a lot of good memories. the wages of mayhem, I guess. \m/

Nasty Savage is still one of the classic Thrash bands. I was lucky enough to play in certain popular death metal bands back in the 80's and 90's. We partied with all those killer bands back then like Obituary, Morbid Angel, Death, Massacre and tons others. FL was definitely the Death Metal haven back then. Hail Nasty Ronnie

I just saw Ronnie the other day and he said they just played in Germany a few months ago. His voice is better than this video is showing. Nasty Savage was the shit growing up here in Brandon as a kid. Brandon also gave U Obituary . Growing up here was crazy with those guys. ( Obituary use to be Xecutioner ) When Ronnie was wrestling he was hanging with Kevin Sullivan, Purple Haze, Lock & Luna. And the Nasty Boyz I think. Thanx for the video

Holy Shit. Back in 90-something, 91 maybe, I got a Nasty Savage tape as part of a package deal from some outfit called Barry Publications. I thought N.S. was kick ass but I could never find their stuff in stores. I even wrote Rotten Apple (I think) records when I was 13 to ask about the band only to have the letter returned undeliverable. Thank God for the Internet. :-)

Does anyone remember the '85 show with Savatage where Nasty Savage got shut down because we tore down the chain link fence? My first hardcore experience. i was 15 years old. What a blast. I remember someone had a tape of it.  I think they only played 6 or 7 songs before the plug was pulled.
