hahaha, how can you change the crime rate when the police there don't give a shit. I had my car demolished by some indians for a ten dollar radio and the police told me they didn't have time for it. Someone needs to teach these people how to be productive. Grow some weed or something, its not like you'll ever get caught in Regina. The police are more focused on little bs like window tint on cars.
