this project was much bigger than I anticipated - It got so big and unruly that I gave up on it a year ago. There were 10 miles of clips to sort through by the time I finished the 'pre-edit' I just couldn't be bothered! haha

The footage is from internet archives - prelinger collection.

If you do a search for 'internet archive' you should find a site that has tons of stuff on it - the Prelinger archives are in the public domain so no copyright issues - there are some fun films in there!

Amazing what comes with a little jacking around -- heheh! I vaguely remember a couple of these clips ... but it was so long ago -- I might have been busy ... um ... studying ... with the TV on.

oh yeah -- we had one "health class" in 10th grade where they separated the girls and boys and showed a film that explained how we were growing up now -- which I guarantee was at least 6 years too late for most of us! I wonder if schools still do that?
