Did you taste it? If it stuck to the pan, maybe you might consider greasing the pan with a bit of Italian Pure Virgin Olive Oil, and perhaps sprinkling a bit of salt and pepper on it. I saw a guy wearing a T-shirt today that read "I am good. I am hot. I am Canadian." For some reason, your egg made me think of his T-shirt. Must be the weather!

@propylaeen some of both..part of it went white and cooked where it was thinner on the pan (the roof is uneven)..the other part just baked itself to the pan completely.
