it is in windhelm just walk toward the castle then take a right and go in to the the little walk way thing and its the first building its like elevated i guess you could say you walk right under neath it and the door you have to unlock to get in to talk to the kid it right there under neath you see and it has a kid and i think some chick below it talking

umm how did u not get to riften yet??? im srry but its so damn simple to go there, just goto the whiterun stable and goto the guy that will give u a ride, make sure u have 500 or more gold on u, and start going everywhere, then fast travel back to the stables and repeat until u found all places, save, and bam, made the game a hell of alot easier, and iv only had this game for 4 days so this is fucking sad

The reason it is only 4GB when you first install it is because it hasn't downloaded any of the other details. By the time you reach level 20 you have 9GB on your memory.
