I use a Guitar Hero controller for the ps2 on this.

Only problem is that you need to use the controller in a left-handed position to use it properly.

Luckily that isnt a problem for me.

But yeah, I use it to pass all those BS songs that only a stamina god could pass...

put the speed at 1.5 or 2x... you can see the arrows a lot easier. when its at regular speed it's all so clustered - the song is slow enough (tempo) to use 2x arrow speed

You must not have ever seen a dualshock ps2 controller and you must have never seen a decent ddr player. With a dualshock controller it is impossible to hit up and down at the same time, and i recall he gets a perfect on an up down combo note, and an A on this song is impressive but people have done way harder songs getting triple As so this isnt by far impossible. Next time you try to sound smart and call somebody out just don,t. Thank you. :)

Fellow DDR players, please take my advice and just forget about changing the arrow speed that you guys are so used to. It doesn't help improve your game. You have to learn how to read arrows in harder songs. If you speed up arrows of a hard song designed with complex arrows, then what's the point of passing that song? Just play the original design.

I gotta say this.Look man if you sweet at ddr and you actually have some skill and you dont suck like most people do. Playing on normal speed and or either playing on x2 or x1.5 shouldnt be a problem. If youre only good at speeding up the bpm it really doesnt make a difference besides just being able to see the arrows better. But just focus and open up ya fuckin eyes then it should be easy both ways.

musicx22, yes, I'm good at DDR, and I can see the notes in this song at normal speed just fine. If you speed up the arrows, then it becomes too easy. I hope Konami one day will remove the "speed-modifying" option.
