Hey man, great ab workout. I see that you work your abs out 3-4 times a week. How about cardio/diet/weight training? Hows your diet? How often and for how long do you do cardio? And what kind of weight training do you do/ how many times a week? thanks.

i've been trying the workout on this video and so far it seems to be working. except when i do the workouts that work the hip flexor, like the one that you do the alphabet with and the one you point your feet inwards, i feel my back hurting. its getting to where the pain is not worth the results. i'm sure you dealt with back pain before when doing ab workouts, so i was wondering what advice you could give me to solve that problem

3-4 and it should take you about 4 to 5 months for really really good results if your running and keeping a good diet
