Great dunking finisher and a spin move on the baseline with legit intermediate jump shot, the guy ran the floor, and hit jump shots in crunch time,...all the time. Big Game James.

Ever heard of Bill Russell? He is the greatest winner. Big Lew was a ninny, not even the greatest center to play the game. They may have changed the dunking rule, but countless rules were made to hinder chamberlin.

One of my all-time favorite teams. Thanks for putting it on here. Kareem was one of the all-time greats, and was definitely the greatest college player of all-time. But to say that he was the greatest in NBA history is a little silly. Any rational or sensible human being knows that Michael is the greatest, but, as you are obviously a fellow Lakers fan, we'll let you have the bias towards Kareem. Again, nice video.

The Mavericks and Lakers the two best teams in the West in 88 but the Mavericks weren't quite ready yet. As you see a 41 year old Kareem dominate.

Power Forward: Bill Russell*
Small Forward: Larry Bird
Center: Wilt Chamberlain
Shooting Guard: Michael Jordan
Point Guard: Magic Johnson
*Bill Russell played Center, but his 6-9 frame is best suited for Power Forward. Put him in the PF slot, and even today he would still dominate!

Yep that was Detlef - one of the all-time terrible moves by the Mavs was trading Detlef to Indiana two weeks after trading away Aguirre in 89.
