Kenneth is that big buff cop witht he shotgun who doesn't talk much and Terry is the good security guard from the mall who wasn't an asshole at first. When the 2nd escape vehicle flipped, only Steve, Kenneth and Terry survived and they were injured but Steve wouldn't help them and just left.

No you can't conclude because we don't see them die we just see the zombie running towards tem and quick glimpses of zombies and two girls makng out (remember it was Steve's camera so I'm not surprised).

no their filming is technically and officially unknown because we don't see what happenes to them. Just because it's the most likely fate that they died, doesn't mean it is.

Agreed their fate is known - however with the 'camera' still rolling in the end credits (while filming the zombie attack) I think I noticed one thing.. there is a short frame or two of what seems to be Terry and Nichole in front of a camp fire.. which obviously could not be the case in the shopping mall.. speculation or mistake, not sure.
